Degree Attestation is a basic requirement for endorsement of professional visa in Pakistan from Saudi Embassy Islamabad and Karachi, applying Family Visit Visa, Permanent Resident Visa and change of profession on Iqama. Degrees issued by HEC recognized Universities or Colleges need to attest their original degree from the Higher Education Commission (HEC) and Foreign Office Pakistan. Professional degree of Doctor also needs to attest from the Ministry of Health as well. Degrees comes under the Pakistan Engineer Council (PEC) also need to verified and attest from the authority. Once these attestations done then it can be process from Saudi Culture Mission and Saudi Embassy Islamabad.

Requirements
1- Passport and Iqama Copy must be printed on Company Letterhead and signed & stamp by same person whose sign on request letter
2- Original Request letter for Saudi Cultural Mission (Attested by Saudi Chamber) – (latest date, Passport and Iqama number)
3- Original Request letter for Saudi Embassy (Attested by Saudi Chamber) – (latest date, Passport and Iqama number)
4- Original Job Agreement Letter (attested by Saudi Chamber and Foreign Office) – (Must contain latest date, Passport and Iqama number)
5- Original Degree (attested by Foreign Office and HEC Pakistan)
6- Character Certificate from concerned University or College (Attested by Foreign Office) – ( as a Regular Student)
7- Original Transcript, Marks sheet or Result Card
8- Original Challan Form for degree verification from University
Procedure:
First of all you need to send 1 set of following papers to Saudi culture in Pakistan via any courier service from Saudi Arabia by employer or yourself.
1- Passport 1st page attested copy by employer
2- ID and Iqama attested copy by employer

5- Original Degree & Transcript attested by Foreign Office and HEC Pakistan
6- Character Certificate from concerned University or College. (Attested by Foreign Office) – ( as a Regular Student)
Time Required: 20-25 Working Days for Saudi Culture & Embassy.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
Name & Father Name should be written same in all documents.
Contract Agreement/ Job Offer Letter & Request Letter are not applicable if older than 1 year of date of issuance.
Date of issuance must be mentioned on Contract / Job Offer Letter and Request Letters.
Passport number of candidate must be mentioned in Contract / Job Offer Letter and Request Letters.
